    Crestwood Midstream has signed an agreement to acquire Arrow Midstream Holdings for $750 million. The acquisition will significantly expand Crestwood's operational footprint in the Bakken Shale.

    Arrow assets overview

    • 460 miles of crude oil, natural gas and water gathering systems in McKenzie and Dunn Counties, North Dakota
    • System’s current volumes are 50 Mbbl/d of crude oil, 15 MMcf/d of gas and 8.5 Mbbl/d of water
    • Salt water disposal wells and a 23 acre central delivery point

    The Arrow systems are located 60 miles south-east of Crestwood's COLT Hub crude rail and pipeline terminal in Williams County, North Dakota. The systems have direct connectivity with COLT through the Hiland and Tesoro crude oil pipeline systems.
