    Petronas announced that it has awarded the Pan Malaysia Integrated Offshore Installation Contract to three local contractors – TL Offshore, PBJV and GOM Resources. The three-year contract commences in 2014. The total work value under this contract is estimated to be almost MYR 10 billion (US$3 billion), spread over four packages.

    The contract involves the transportation and installation (T&I) for offshore facilities, and includes all the necessary services required for the execution of the same. T&I services will be provided for eleven production sharing contractors, namely Petronas, Shell, ExxonMobil, Murphy Oil, Hess, Talisman, PCPP Operating Company, Kebabangan Petroleum Operating Company, Lundin, Petrofac and JX Nippon.
